Radix Core Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Radix Core, a GPU cluster orchestration and LLM workflow management platform operated by VaultScaler. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Radix Core during the early-access and design-partner phase.

By accessing or using Radix Core, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

2. Use of Service

Permitted Use: You may use Radix Core to orchestrate GPU workloads, manage LLM inference pipelines, and monitor cluster performance for legitimate business and research purposes.

Prohibited Use: You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Abuse, harass, or interfere with the service or other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service
• Use the service to transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code

3. Early-Access Nature

Radix Core is currently in early-access mode for design partners. During this period:

• The service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time
• Features and pricing are subject to change
• Service availability and uptime are not guaranteed
• Billing is currently in test mode (Stripe test environment) and no real charges are being made

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of Radix Core is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

You retain all rights to your workload data, models, and inference results. VaultScaler collects telemetry and usage metrics to operate and improve the service.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

Current Status: Billing is currently in test mode using Stripe's test environment. No real charges are being made during the early-access period.

Future Billing: When Radix Core transitions to general availability, subscription fees will apply based on your selected plan (Core Professional, Studio Team, or Studio Professional). You will be notified in advance before any real charges are made.

Trials: Trial periods may be offered at our discretion and are subject to the terms communicated at the time of trial activation.

7. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: Radix Core is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultScaler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Radix Core.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Radix Core at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@vaultscaler.com.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the dashboard. Your continued use of Radix Core after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
