Radix Core Privacy Policy

1. Overview

VaultScaler ("we", "us", "our") operates Radix Core, a GPU cluster orchestration and LLM workflow management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Radix Core.

Radix Core is currently in early-access mode for design partners. During this period, we are operating in a test environment with Stripe billing in test mode (no real charges are being made).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Name (if provided)
• Authentication credentials (managed via AWS Cognito)
• Account preferences and settings

2.2 Workload Telemetry

To operate the service and provide cluster orchestration, we collect:

• GPU utilization metrics (percentage, memory usage)
• Job queue depth and execution status
• LLM inference metrics (tokens processed, latency, throughput)
• Cluster health and performance data
• Error logs and debugging information

Note: We do not access the content of your model inputs, outputs, or training data. Telemetry is limited to operational metrics and metadata.

2.3 Billing Information

Billing is currently in test mode using Stripe's test environment. We collect:

• Subscription plan selection (Core Pro, Studio Team, Studio Pro)
• Trial status and expiration dates
• Stripe customer ID and subscription metadata

Important: Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. When we transition to live billing, Stripe will process real payment information according to their Privacy Policy.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• IP addresses and browser information
• Dashboard access logs and feature usage
• API request logs and timestamps
• Error reports and crash diagnostics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Operate the Service: Orchestrate GPU workloads, manage job queues, and monitor cluster health
• Improve Reliability: Analyze performance metrics to optimize scheduling algorithms and resource allocation
• Provide Support: Diagnose issues, respond to support requests, and troubleshoot problems
• Communicate: Send service updates, security alerts, and billing notifications
• Develop Features: Understand usage patterns to prioritize new capabilities
• Ensure Security: Detect and prevent unauthorized access, abuse, and security threats

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Infrastructure hosting, database storage (DynamoDB), authentication (Cognito), and API management
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management (currently in test mode)

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any such change in ownership.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as:

• Your account is active
• Necessary to provide the service
• Required to comply with legal obligations
• Needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements

Telemetry and usage data is typically retained for 90 days for operational purposes, with aggregated metrics retained longer for analytics.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AWS SSE)
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) support
• Role-based access controls and tenant isolation
• Regular security audits and vulnerability scanning
• Automated backup and disaster recovery procedures

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal information
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export: Receive your data in a portable format
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications (service notifications may still be sent)

8. Children's Privacy

Radix Core is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Radix Core is hosted on AWS infrastructure primarily in the US West (Oregon) region. By using the service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice in the dashboard. Your continued use of Radix Core after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
